Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Free islandwide delivery for orders above $65, else there will be a $15 delivery charge
When will I get my delivery?
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. We will drop you a message on the delivery details. Please understand that timings are approximate and subjected to weather conditions/traffic delays.
Please ensure that someone will be at home to receive the package as frozen items cannot be left at room temperature!
We advise that you retrieve the items immediately and place them into your freezer to prevent food spoilage. You agree that TACFOOD will not be liable for food spoilage if the food has not been received and stored appropriately in the freezer upon delivery.
DELIVERY POLICIES
Redeliveries have an extra surcharge of $20, as an extra driver or driver’s overtime may be incurred.
All requests for time-specific deliveries will be arranged via LALAMOVE at an extra charge of $30 to maintain service efficiency and cost-effective delivery fees for all our customers.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us via the contact form and we will try our best to work something out! Please note that urgent deliveries have an extra surcharge of $20, as an extra driver or driver’s overtime may be incurred.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship locally within Singapore.
RETURNS
As we are dealing with fresh produce and food products, we uphold our product handling process very strictly. Items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
