Master Tang's ramen is made of high-gluten wheat and kneaded by hand. Each noodle is sun-dried and air-dried for 60 days to restore the texture and handmade taste. It is refreshing and easy to cook. Made of flour and wheat flour, the noodles is sun-dried for 60 days to preserve its chewy texture.

How to cook:
Bring 400ml of water to a boil. Add in the noodles and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain out the water and place the noodles in a bowl.
Add in the flavour pack and mix well.
